When are the facilities open for residents?

All facilities at The Breeze are available for residents’ use 7 days a week. The pool, gymnasium, and outdoor areas have extended hours for your convenience. The private cinema, bar, and dining facilities operate during scheduled times and for special events.

Is the pool suitable for people with mobility issues?

Yes, our 12.5-metre heated indoor pool is designed to be accessible for all abilities. The pool features easy access entry points and is maintained at a comfortable temperature. Water exercise is excellent for those with joint concerns as it provides low-impact movement. Aqua Fitness classes are also available for gentle, supported exercise.

Do I need to be experienced to use the gymnasium?

Not at all. Our gymnasium is equipped with modern, user-friendly equipment suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to those maintaining established routines. Equipment has been specifically selected to be safe and accessible for older adults. Our visiting physiotherapist can also provide guidance on how to use the equipment properly.
