Retirement Village Information Statement
This page publishes the Retirement Village Information Statement for The Breeze Point Lonsdale, as required by section 19 of the Retirement Villages Act 1986 (Vic) and regulations 11 to 12 of the Retirement Village Regulations 2026. The statement is on the form approved by the Director, Consumer Affairs Victoria.
The Information Statement provides prospective residents with a standardised summary of the costs, services, facilities, contracts and management arrangements at the village. Information statements are updated at least every 12 months, and as soon as possible after any change.
